On March 19, 2026, representatives from Invest in Madrid（Business in Madrid - Invest-in-Madrid）—Mr. Diego de Aristegui (Investment Director) and Mr. Pedro Homedes (Investment Manager)—visited Lopezmarqués Law Firm in Madrid.

KIKUCHI & PARTNERS maintains a collaborative relationship with Invest in Madrid. During their visit to Japan in September 2024, both representatives also visited our office, where we had the opportunity to exchange views on potential cooperation in supporting Japanese companies expanding into Spain.

This recent meeting at Lopezmarqués was arranged through the initiative of Ms. Hiroko Kikuchi, Of Counsel at the firm. The meeting was also attended by partners Mr. Juan José López Marqués and Mr. Luis Martínez de Salinas Alfonso（The Law of Business - Our Firm）.

During the meeting, the Invest in Madrid representatives shared valuable insights on the increasing level of investment in Madrid, not only from European countries but also from Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America, as well as Australia, Canada, etc. The discussion highlighted Madrid’s growing importance as an international business hub.
